Introduction

The construction firm of Noacon, Inc. was founded in 1990 with the goal of providing high quality construction. The firm's owner experience includes educational, governmental, institutional, medical, private, rehabilitation to existing buildings, additions to most building types, and new construction of all types ranging in size from small to large. We have many years' experience working with architects and owners on design build projects as well. Our goal is to provide personal service to our clients and to make extra efforts to assure that all of our projects are successful for our clients, completed on time, and within budget.

Our staff consists of highly experienced personnel and we retain the most reputable architects and engineering firms to assist with the building needs of the owner. Since we are a small firm of experienced contractors, we are able to perform the smallest of projects to the largest and most complex. It has been the goal of this firm to provide a diverse service in order to offer experience to our clients and to meet all of their building needs.

In order to provide the most current advice to our clients, we are devoted to continuing our education through seminars and personal studies to keep ourselves knowledgeable of the ever-changing technology and regulations in our industry. We also encourage the continuing education of our present employees, and continue to offer educational opportunities to our future employees. All employees are trained in a company safety and hazardous material programs.


History - Experience and Meet the Owners

The construction firm of Noacon, Inc. was formed in 1990 as an outgrowth of skilled contractors. The principals of our firm offer a combined experience of over 94 years in broad-based building types and size.

Michael W. Lester, CEO/CFO. is responsible for all Financial, Estimating, IT and General Office Administration;    

M. Wayne Harlan, President and Operations Director, is responsible for all Project Production and General Office Administration;

Andy M. Gower, Vice President and General Superintendent is responsible for all onsite supervision for production;

C. David Fletcher, Vice President, Safety and Client Services Director is responsible for production Safety, Estimating and post construction Client Services. 

It is the desire of Noacon, Inc. to develop a diverse company and not limit the firm to construction projects of a specific type. This broad-based approach has given Noacon, Inc. the ability and knowledge to recommend to its clients the most appropriate solutions to meet their needs effectively. Closing Statement

Few companies are capable of great successes. Fewer still are willing to share there success with others. Noacon, Inc. is one of those unique companies capable of both finding their dreams, and sharing them with others. Noacon, Inc. has become a very successful construction firm in North Central Arkansas, due mostly to its quality staff. Prosperity has also resulted from a reputation of honesty and optimism.
